Snr Venture Lead Key Account Manager

Our National Client requires your expertise to grow Cape Town’s footprint which has previously been managed from Durban & JHB.
 
A critical role to use your network, track record in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric, or related qualification Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred Minimum 9 years' sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales or key account role Strong knowledge of sales strategies, account management, and business development HVAC industry and related systems knowledge will be advantageous Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Proven leadership and mentoring abilities Strong presentation, influencing, and closing skills Customer-focused with a results-driven approach DUTIES Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify and secure new business opportunities and markets Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Manage the full sales process from prospecting to after-sales support Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions Work closely with head office and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction Mentor and support junior sales team members Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
