They are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketer & Content Creator to manage their online presence and bring our brand to life across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a strong eye for design, and understands how to connect with audiences through engaging content. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, producing original content, and growing their digital community to support overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Matric (essential).
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (advantageous).
• 1–3 years’ experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent creative writing, communication, and time-management skills.

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing products, services, and behind-the-scenes brand moments.
• Write engaging captions, posts, and blog content consistent with the brand voice.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build brand loyalty online.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign results.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align online campaigns with promotions and events.
• Assist with website updates, email marketing, and general digital initiatives as needed.
