POSITION INFO:
The Social Media and Communications Coordinator should be passionate and energetic, with a strong background in communications, journalism, or digital media.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should be proficient in social media platforms and tools, capable of collaborating with various teams and partners, and able to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. They should also be outgoing, responsible, self-motivated, and confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively at all levels.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience
  in communications, journalism, or digital media
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools

• Manage and oversee social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Plan and execute email newsletters, collaborating with designers on content and layout.
• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies alongside the creative team.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers for brand collaborations.
• Craft compelling written content for social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Keep the WordPress website updated in coordination with designers and external marketing partners.
• Schedule and publish impactful social media posts to maximize audience engagement.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor.
• Prepare detailed review reports for commercial meetings to inform business decisions.
• Manage and refine Google Business Profiles to enhance online visibility.
• Act as the key liaison with digital agencies, distributors, and suppliers.
• Organize and oversee corporate gifting and PR initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
• Support the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks, including budgeting and ordering.
• Contribute to new marketing strategies aimed at expanding social media reach.
• Work closely with multimedia production teams and designers to ensure consistent branding.
• Develop creative assets and copy for monthly advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Handle branded email signatures through Rocketseed for professional communication.
• Independently manage paid advertising efforts across Meta and LinkedIn.
