Soft Skill Trainer (Virtual)

Minimum Requirements:

• To facilitate a series of Masterclasses - a series of 5 x 1.5-hour Virtual Masterclasses – each facilitated twice, after hours
• Afterhours between end March and October this year
• Roughly one of the five topics per month: Personal Brand ; Effective communication ; listening skills and techniques ; win-win negotiations; entrepreneurship
• Facilitators will not be provided with content , you must be able to provide your OWN content.
• The first topic (Personal Brand) must be facilitated in the last week of March or second week in April after Easter Holiday.
• Each module should include a case study of a prominent African person who is an example/inspiration related to the topic – touching on how this person has journeyed and overcame challenges and adversity ( added advantage)
• With the audience being young upcoming African talent, it would be really great if you are able who speak well to this type of demographic
• Sessions will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Sessions must be enjoyable and interactive, offering the Mentees an opportunity to contribute to discussions and reflection
• Proven references for virtual training required
