Soft Skill Trainer (Virtual)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

To facilitate a series of Masterclasses - a series of 5 x 1.5-hour Virtual Masterclasses – each facilitated twice, after hours
Afterhours between end March and October this year
Roughly one of the five topics per month: Personal Brand ; Effective communication ; listening skills and techniques ; win-win negotiations; entrepreneurship
Facilitators will not be provided with content , you must be able to provide your OWN content.
The first topic (Personal Brand) must be facilitated in the last week of March or second week in April after Easter Holiday.
Each module should include a case study of a prominent African person who is an example/inspiration related to the topic – touching on how this person has journeyed and overcame challenges and adversity ( added advantage)
With the audience being young upcoming African talent, it would be really great if you are able who speak well to this type of demographic
Sessions will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Sessions must be enjoyable and interactive, offering the Mentees an opportunity to contribute to discussions and reflection
Proven references for virtual training required
