Software Architect - HOLLAND

SUMMARY:
Software Architect sought by client in Holland, EU. Master's degree Informatics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 15 years experience in equivalent role. Broad knowledge of C, C++, C#, Python and experience in model driven design. South African citizens only and is not open to remote working.

POSITION INFO:

Client develops, manufactures and assembles Mechatronic machines.   Software Architect will lead the team technically and be responsible for the definition and deployment of the architecture - from design, implementation, testing and integration of software for complex modules and machines.

Code base is C, C++, Python or C# so broad knowledge is required.

Softwre team works in an agile environment in scrum teams.

Requirements:   

• Masters Degree with 15 years'' experience in similar role
• Expert with high tech complex machine building and control (robotics / mechatronics systems)
• Expert with Real Time control software and operating systems (Linux/Sun Solaris)
• Broad knowledge of design patterns
• Continuous integration and config management
• Stakeholder management experience.
