Electronics, IT, Mechanical qualification Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate). Familiarity with SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, and permission structures. Basic knowledge of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles using C#. C# and .NET Framework for Windows Forms or WPF application development. Building and configuring SharePoint team sites and document management solutions. Understanding of retail industry workflows, point-of-sales (POS) logic, or inventory processes. Optimize existing systems and processes and stay updated with industry trends and advancement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with branches and key customers. Address customer complaints and concerns. Identify opportunities for customer service improvements.
