SUMMARY:
One of South Africa's big four banks is looking for a Solutions orientated and Technically Savvy software developer to join their innovative Team.

POSITION INFO:

Education:

IT-related Degree or Diploma (BSc/BTech or similar).
4 - 8 years Java systems development experience.
The candidate will be required to be a team player with problem-solving skills. Performing the duties will require the candidate to be diligent in terms of using the prescribed tools of source code versioning and control.

Skills:

Minimum of 5 years in C# Software development experience
Experience and understanding of Banking and Financial Services Business is advantageous
Experience in Agile environment
Experience in quality assurance and testing
Familiar with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Object – Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate), with the ability to design and model databases.

Description:

Advanced SQL language

Windows Communication Foundation
IBM-MQ, MSMQ
Unit testing frameworks (Unit or MS Test)
