POSITION INFO:
Education and Minimum Requirements

BSc in Computer Science / Information Systems
Three or more years’ experience as a Software Developer with the following skills:
PHP
JavaScript
HTML
SOAP
MySQL

Competencies

Clear and accurate communication skills
Strong and independent problem solving skills
Ability to handle a number of simultaneous tasks and requirements effectively within the specified deadlines

Responsibilities

Proficiency with the technologies used within the business and its specific environment to deliver optimal solutions in a timeous manner.
Development of patches and enhancements to business applications.
Test and debug product programmes according to set standards.
Support and maintenance to ensure high availability of applications.
Version control and maintenance of application code base.
Release management and deployment of changes to Test and Production environments.
Agile work approach to sprints and business requirements.
On-going familiarization with the business and its various aspects.
