JOB SUMMARY:
Hillcrest, KZN. Opportunity exists for competent Software Developer with solid experience in C# .NET., ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL and pervasive databases, and Java script to join Hillcrest based software consultancy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Maintain an existing application written in C#, which communicates with SQL and Pervasive databases, while adhering to established coding conventions
Design / create new forms for the application also adhering to standard conventions
Updating patch notes on a daily basis detailing what has been done

Requirements:

Experience in the following areas - C# .NET., ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL and Pervasive databases, Java script
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Online
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and how to interact with it from C#
Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport
Must have own laptop
Pro-active, motivated self-starter and quick learner
Passionate about good design
Pastel Evolution and Pastel Partner experience – an advantage
Experience with DevExpress controls and Visual Basic, PHP, MySQL – an advantage
