POSITION INFO:

An international company using the latest technology and on a rapid growth curve is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. You will be involved with hands-on full stack development of web-based applications using Epi Server CMS, C#, and JavaScript.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and designing web applications specified as stories in backlogs and UX/UI designs. You will also create detailed systems solutions using EPiServer CMS, including front end, back end, and integration to other systems. You will co-ordinate with UI designers, tech leads, front end, and backend developers to make sure the full stack code is optimal and performant.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Software Engineer role (Required)

Experience in the following (Required)

.Net Frameworks 3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0 using C#

JavaScript frameworks - React, jQuery, Angular, Backbone, Node JS, Polymer, Socket.IO, Fabric

Microsoft Azure Technologies – e.g., Web apps, Azure SQL, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB etc

Unit test / specification frameworks - NUnit, Specflaw, selenium, xBehave

Proficient in the following:

SOLID Principles

RESTful Web APIs and JSON

Code quality tools like JSLint or JSHint

Source Control Management (SCM) e.g., Git, SVN

Continuous Integration Platforms (CI) e.g., VSTS, Teamcity

Agile Methodologies - SCRUM, KANBAN

Task tracking systems e.g., JIRA

Api documentation – apiary blueprint, swagger

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or related qualification (Advantageous)
