Software Engineer

SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about Software Engineering? Gain International project experience whilst working in beautiful Cape Town and furthering your Software experience in Matlab and Simulink.

POSITION INFO:

Assist with documentation, verification and testing of embedded software

Software algorithm development

Optimise control systems

Develop data analysis tools in Matlab

Manage processing and analysis of automated field data

Development and support of CAN-bus logger units

Develop system models and simulations using Matlab and Simulink

Minimum 1 -2 Years Software Engineering exp

Key Skills:

 Proficient in Matlab and Simulink

Experience with Simulink embedded coder adv

Knowledge of J1939 CAN communication and associated test tools/equipment

Knowledge and experience of ISO 26262 software development processes adv

Good Written and Verbal English Communication essential as you will be dealing with Clients

Qualification:

BEng/BSc Degree in Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering (MEng adv)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
