JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the IT industry is looking for a Software Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

BEng Electronic Engineering Degree or
BEng Computer Engineering Degree

Experience required:

Minimum 3 years’ software development experience.

Skills required:
Programming experience:

Software development in C/C++ or C#, Python, .NET Framework
Source code management (Git and/or SVN)
Object orientated programming (OOP)
Software design patterns

Experience in the following will be beneficial:

Microcontroller peripherals UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, interrupt controllers
Linux development (e.g., Device Drivers)
Qt framework, Docker, Databases, Real-time operating systems, Software design using UML, Bootloaders, Test Driven Design (TDD), Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Technology tools:

FreeRTOS, STM32, Microchip, Docker, GitLab, Subversion, SVN, Linux, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Buildroot, U-Boot, Yocto, UML, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence
