JOB SUMMARY:

International company with offices in SA requires Software programmers with either a Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree. Must be well skilled in C and C++ programming and embedded system product development and have a good knowledge on networking protocols, some network security and Linux skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Software Engineer (Cloud development)

Centurion

Qualification:
BEng Computer or Electronic Engineering or BSc Computer Science

Required Experience & Skills:

Experience with embedded systems and embedded software development
Proficient in scripting languages
Experience with development and debugging on a Linux platform
Knowledge of hardware architecture
Knowledge of cloud provisioning
Knowledge of virtualization technologies
Knowledge of major IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems i.e., TCP, IP, Ethernet etc.
