POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will take charge of QA efforts—forging automation frameworks, setting test standards, and guiding product acceptance testing through the chill of complexity. You’ll test UI and API layers, work across agile product teams, and ensure software stands strong against the harshest conditions.
This role is for someone who thrives in the solitude of remote work, tackles quality challenges with the clarity of a winter’s dawn, and is driven to refine their craft like ice polished by the wind

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and QA strategy, battle-tested in the field
Deep knowledge of test frameworks and automation tools, sharp as icicles
Proficiency in managing Linux-based test environments, steady in the cold
SQL expertise (PostgreSQL or MySQL) for handling test data with precision
Comfort with Git (CLI & GUI) and version control workflows, navigating like a seasoned winter traveler
Skilled in API testing using Postman, cutting through complexity
Hands-on automation experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, or Playwright
Prior work testing within Java development teams, syncing like snowfall.
CI/CD experience with GitHub or GitLab pipelines, flowing smoothly despite the freeze
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Keen attention to detail, an independent work ethic, and communication as clear as a winter sky

Qualification:
Formal qualifications in IT, Software Development, or Testing are a bonus—but mindset, discipline, and experience are the true fire that melts the ice in this role.
