SUMMARY:
Are you experienced in software system sales and ready to use your expertise to work for a UK Company working remotely based in Cape Town?

Our Client, a well-established concern in the property sector is looking for your enthusiasm to fulfil the responsibility of the full sales lifecycle activity to drive the company product forward.
Remote working and hours Mon – Friday: 9am – 6pm

REQUIREMENTS

Matric and relevant qualification
Software system computer sales experience
An excellent communicator and negotiator with good commercial awareness.
Good listener, able to talk to people on their level.
Ability to present and demonstrate on live webinars.
Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation.
Confident in presenting commercial and technical information.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
Good level IT knowledge; proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.
Property industry experience is a plus.
Excellent WIFI
Remote working hours Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm

DUTIES

Achieving monthly sales target by maintaining a sales pipeline and providing regular and accurate sales forecast information.
Prospecting and lead generation activities including dealing with inbound marketing enquiries to drive sales.
Looking after existing customers and cross/up sell further products and services.
Developing a keen understanding of the UK block and estate management industry, how it works, the target market and competitors in order to better distinguish to clients the advantages of company’s solution.
Leading online software demonstrations that convey a firm grasp of the prospective customer’s business as well as specific benefits derived from utilising our software solution.
Negotiating agreements for the sale of software and/or associated professional services.
Maintaining accurate up to date records of all customer details, dialog, and sales opportunities in our CRM system.
Working with colleagues to ensure high quality of service is delivered to all clients and prospects.
Meeting key personal KPI’s, including number of sales activities, scheduled and conducted demonstrations, and established evaluations of company’s software.

Salary: Negotiable basic plus commission, dependent on experience
