POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing player in the energy solutions sector is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand market share and grow strategic accounts.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially sharp professional who thrives on new business development, territory ownership, and building long-term client relationships within the energy and power space.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven experience in energy, solar, power, or electrical solution sales
Strong track record in business development and territory growth
Ability to operate independently and manage a regional pipeline
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Job Experience & Skills Required

Drive new business acquisition across assigned territory
Develop and manage distributor, installer, and EPC relationships
Identify and close project-based energy opportunities
Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
Deliver accurate forecasting and structured sales reporting
