The Role
Due to the nature of this role and team you will be joining, previous experience in some sort of retail, e-commerce or finance will really stand you in good stead, but it''s not essential.
As one of the Architecture team, you''ll be heavily involved in ensuring that the overall roadmap is being adhered to and you''ll have a big input into the technical direction of the organisation - not just within your team.
On top of that, you''re going to be the person who can interpret the various requirements and user stories into something useful.
Obviously you''ll be dealing with a myriad of people, from C Level executives to hands-on technical colleagues, you will need to be equally adept at speaking to both ends of the spectrum.
What''s in it for you?
Salary- wise, we''re pretty flexible for the right person but if we have to put a figure on it - £60-75k. You have your usual, pension, holidays etc, but as they also have generous discounts, life assurance, 24 days holiday + bank holidays with the option to purchase more.
