SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solutions Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and client success—someone who can translate business needs into seamless software implementations and ensure long-term value for our clients.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Tertiary qualification
5-8 years Solutions Implementation experience
Solid understanding and experience with:
- ERP
- SQL
Understand the business process requirements of clients
Willing to travel into Africa when needed
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of software and system solutions for clients across various industries throughout Africa
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful deployment
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation phases
