Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images and reports.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide exceptional patient care throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Adhere to all quality assurance, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, specialists and healthcare professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Sonography qualification.
- Current registration with the HPCSA as a Sonographer.
- Proven experience performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, compassionate and patient-centred approach.
