JOB SUMMARY:
Sous Chef who is available immediately required to work in Pilanesberg (EE position)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Must be immediately available

Duties:
Implement and maintain the Companies’ minimum standards with regards to the product,
Eliminate stock loss,
Training within department,
Ensure hygiene standards are met,
Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented by the kitchen,
Ensure guest satisfaction,
Attend management meetings when required,
Ensure that guests needs are anticipated for and met
