Salary: Basic: R 55,000 – R75,000

Scope:

• General Job Description concerning development and monitoring actions for the Q-HSE Management System developed by one entity of Logistics in Africa.
• The issues contained in this job description do not constitute an exhaustive inventory of the Q-HSE procedures implemented in the entities of Logistics in Africa.

• Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
• JSA (Job Safety Analysis)

• Reporting to the Entity Managing Director and the Q-HSE Africa Department
• Provide Q-HSE technical support to the other departments
• Ensure Q-HSE relevancy between all branches and departments of the entity and that only one Q-HSE Management System is implemented through the entity
• Continuously improve the Q-HSE processes and practices

• A detailed description of the Tasks and Responsibilities will be shared with potential candidates.

• Bachelor''s Degree in the QHSE field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Designing, implementing, and maintaining Environmental and Occupational & Health Management Systems.
• Certified with the accredited agencies like ISO, EMS, NEBOSH etc.
• Must have expert knowledge of applying quality and safety local and international legislation.
• Ability to conduct independent inspections and audits to meet all safety regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization
• Able to work in culturally diverse environment
• Excellent problem solving and listening skills
• Ability to operate Microsoft Windows applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
