Spa Operations Manager URGENTLY needed for a busy Lodge in
Limpopo.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Well-established Spa situated on a Game Lodge in Limpopo is looking for an experienced Spa Operations Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should have some Spa Management experience, but should also have Hotel Management experience, especially in terms of Housekeeping and F&B.

REQUIREMENTS:

Formal Hospitality / Somatology degree/diploma preferable
Must have grade 12 and be Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Emails, etc
MUST have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as an Operations Manager, in a 4/5* Hotel.
Previous experience in a Hotel with a Spa would be an advantage
MUST have a strong background in Housekeeping, including F&B
MUST be a polite and friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
MUST be well-spoken and a well-presented individual
MUST be a strong leader who has been in charge of employees before
MUST be able to manage their team to success.

The candidate will be required to:

Will be responsible for the management of the Housekeeping and maintenance team for the Spa
Ensuring that the Gardens and Maintenance are maintained
Will manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa in terms of ensuring that the treatment rooms are set up, and cleaned after every treatment
Will be responsible for the F&B department at the Spa, in terms of the Bar and the Restaurant.
Assisting with monthly stock takes

SALARY: Basic Salary (Negotiable depending on experience, Accommodation (Stay in position), 3 Meals a day, MUST have own Transport, to start ASAP
