Job Description:
In this role, you will deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, ensuring every guest enjoys a restorative and memorable experience, while working closely with the team to uphold the highest standards of service and overall guest journey.
- Provide a range of spa and beauty treatments
- Customise services to guests’ needs with a focus on quality
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional standards
- Recommend products based on up-to-date knowledge
- Assist with reception, bookings, and guest enquiries
- Work with the team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience
Experience Required:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in the same or similar role
- Minimum five years’ experience in a professional spa or salon
- Previous front office or reception experience
- Recognised aesthetic qualifications
- Skilled in performing a full range of spa treatments, including advanced skincare, body, and nail therapies
- Proficient in computer use with knowledge of booking systems
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English with strong communication skills
- Flexible to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional, well-presented, and a reliable team player with a positive attitude
