SUMMARY:
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining applications and systems. Experience with deployments to QA, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production Environment is essential. The Application Support Specialist will be based in Menlyn.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

IT degree/diploma
ITIL foundation certification

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of enterprise software development experience or 2+ years of DevOps experience; IIS .net technology,
2+ years of experience in windows based operating systems,

Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of Agile Methods,
Exposure to cloud computing,
Experience in implementing and maintaining Application Performance and Monitoring tools,
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Insurance background/experience (Advantage),
K2 Platform knowledge and experience (Advantage)
Previous track record of Sales Support (Advantage)
