The successful candidate will have to find ways to create new methods of operating using data and AI within Group Innovation.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. - Computer Science or similar
• 10 years commercial experience
• AI

• Tableau

Responsibilities:

• Guide less-experienced peers to become more productive and effective team members
• Act as a subject matter expert from an AI and ML perspective and provide input into all decisions relating to AI and ML, and the use thereof
• Validate and certify the work of other AI and ML Specialists, and train / guide junior team members on delivering AI and ML outputs / requirements
• Design AI and ML training manuals and create learning materials to help employees learn about the systems on offer by SBG; supporting employees to navigate the systems created with relative ease
• Grow community knowledge through position papers and masterclasses to master certain AI domains
• Directly manage staff, from hiring to exit from SBG; sharing knowledge with internal/external communities as needed
• Run short-term high-impact engagements to help divisions define AI roadmaps and strategy
• Represent SBG''s AI strategy in discussions with suppliers and other third parties.
• Design reference AI architectures to shape medium-term budgets and visions
