Specialist Electrical Engineer (Process Plants – Petrochemical) – Saudi Arabia

SUMMARY:
Provide high levels of troubleshooting and complex problem-solving skills to support electrical maintenance team.

POSITION INFO:
B.S. Degree/ Diploma in Electrical of Engineering
At least 10 years of Operational experience of Engineering Maintenance and Planning in Petrochemical Process Industry for degree candidate.
At least 15 years of Operational experience of Engineering Maintenance and Planning in Petrochemical Process Industry for Diploma candidate.

Role Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance of Electrical equipment
Routine maintenance of Electrical equipment
Field Testing
Technical support for complex electrical issues
Maintenance system review
Turnaround planning
Troubleshooting with electrical equipment
Maintenance Documentation
Maintenance planning
Co-ordination with operations, reliability and engineering
Health, Safety and Environment
Responsible care and IMRS
Able to deliver training for electricians.
Electrical Power Disruption system, High /Medium/Low voltage substation (transformers and switchgears), electrical protection & relay system, UPS VFD and Motors.
Electrical Maintenance and Repair knowledge.
Reliability Engineering, Risk Management, Engineering knowledge, Analysis and Problem Solving, Electrical Troubleshooting skills, SCADA.
Fully conversant with Electrical Engineering drawings and schematic diagrams
Knowledge of SAP software module in Maintenance Planning
Conversant with applicable Electrical standards
Familiar with ISO 9002 requirement
Sound knowledge of international codes and standards pertaining to electrical equipment
Should be able to interpret design / as build drawings.
