Our client, leading in the life insurance industry is looking for a talented HR specialist to join their Menlyn team in Pretoria. This candidate will have the ability to Administrate and Co-ordinate FAIS learning projects.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Maintain Competence Register Representative Employees
Maintain FAIS register for Key Individuals on MSA
Maintain Competence Register for Representatives
Co-ordinate learning interventions
Administrate learning interventions
Monitor Supervision and Provide FAIS support
Demonstrate TCF

Requirements:

Matric
Diploma in Management of Training
2 + years Administration and Training Coordination experience
