SUMMARY:
Specialist Financial Accountant/Financial Reporting â€“ Asset Management

POSITION INFO:

Great opportunity for a newly qualified CA (first time board pass) who has audited within the Financial Services industry, particularly Asset Management. This leading Asset Management company offers career growth and advancement opportunities and a track record of decades of success.

Some of the key responsibilities include (not limited to):

Assess and adopt new IFRS applicable to funds and maintain the Accounting policies of the funds
Interact with other teams that impact portfolio pricing, financial statements, regulatory reports, and audit outcomes of the funds.
Signâ€off and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly & annual regulatory reporting.
Manage end to end process of engagement with auditors and managing findings arising during audit.
Ensure effective incident management process as well as proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
Ensure that set processes are followed and industry standards are adhered to avoid errors and work with compliance to interpret new regulations applicable to the UT space.
