SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for precision and a strong grasp of the insurance sector? We’re looking for a Specialist Group Reporting Accountant to join a high-performing finance team within a leading insurance group.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consolidated group financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Drive consistency and accuracy across multiple reporting entities
Liaise with business units to ensure timely and accurate submissions
Support external audit processes and manage group audit queries
Assist with group-level regulatory reporting
Implement and enhance reporting tools, templates, and controls

Requirements:

CA(SA) (Big 4 experience advantageous)
Minimum 5 years’ post-article experience in a group finance or financial reporting role
Strong knowledge of IFRS and insurance industry regulatory frameworks
Experience with consolidations and multi-entity reporting
Advanced Excel skills; CaseWare, SAP, or Oracle experience beneficial
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
