Specialist IT – Videostreaming 1651

SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Videostreaming Operations Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience.

POSITION INFO:
Main Role Tasks : 

• Experience with hardware and software in the context of video production and streaming (e.g. with OBS, VMix, Adobe products) are advantageous 
• Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets 

• Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required 
• Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified 
• Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required 
• Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes 
• Perform daily system handover and start-up tasks to ensure operational readiness of systems 
• Ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements 
• Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives 
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements 
• Identify and evaluate new and emerging IT technologies 
  • Manage development and compliant set up of IT solutions in an agile working model as a feature owner 
  • Provide information and advice to users of Videostreaming Use Cases 
  • Meet with Stakeholders, gather requirements, prioritize backlog, evaluate, and present proposed IT solutions 
  • Enable and support external provider teams to develop and operate IT solutions 
  • Support the product owner with options for software decisions and product roadmap, based on knowledge of changing customer demands, technical features and conducted technical tests work as a team member of the myCollaboration team to enable the entire COMPANY Group and (proof of concepts) its partners to work in a highly innovative, secure and stable workspace environment.
