SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Videostreaming Operations Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience.

POSITION INFO:
Main Role Tasks :

Experience with hardware and software in the context of video production and streaming (e.g. with OBS, VMix, Adobe products) are advantageous
Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets

Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required
Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required
Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes
Perform daily system handover and start-up tasks to ensure operational readiness of systems
Ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements
Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives
Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
Identify and evaluate new and emerging IT technologies
- Manage development and compliant set up of IT solutions in an agile working model as a feature owner
- Provide information and advice to users of Videostreaming Use Cases
- Meet with Stakeholders, gather requirements, prioritize backlog, evaluate, and present proposed IT solutions
- Enable and support external provider teams to develop and operate IT solutions
- Support the product owner with options for software decisions and product roadmap, based on knowledge of changing customer demands, technical features and conducted technical tests work as a team member of the myCollaboration team to enable the entire COMPANY Group and (proof of concepts) its partners to work in a highly innovative, secure and stable workspace environment.
