Job & Company Description
As a Specialised Lending Transactor you will be responsible for deal evaluation / analysis, financial modelling, preparing credit applications / obtaining credit approval, transaction implementation and client relationship management.

Education:

• CA(SA) preferred/ other Finance related post-graduate qualification
• CFA qualification beneficial

Job experience & skills required

• 2-3 years’ experience in specialised / leverage/ acquisition finance, private equity or corporate finance
• Financial modelling acumen
• Entrepreneurial with a real desire to work in investment banking
• Commercial sense and sound business acumen
• Excellent work ethic regarding client service
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Financial modelling acumen
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
