SUMMARY:
Overall Responsibility:

Quoting and Invoicing
Booking the correct staff for the job

Main responsibilities of Focus Area 1:

Maintaining our Staffing pool
Interviews and training
Feedback of staff post event.

Main responsibilities of Focus Area 2:

Quoting and Invoicing
Clients Booking staff for the events - Managing staff schedules, creating WhatsApp Group per Event, Ensuring Staff is on time.

Main responsibilities of Focus Area 3:

Bank Statement Recons
Ensuring payments are received.
Staffing Payment Sheets are submitted for payments.

Main responsibilities of Focus Area 4:

Events administrations and assistant to coordinators
Sourcing of venues
Sourcing of stock

Requirements of the Role:
Years Experience, Minimum 1 Year Experience in events staffing management.

Preferred Skills/Competencies:

Great communication skills, interpersonal and social skills
Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
Organized and detail orientated.
People management skills
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft office packages including word, excel, power point, outlook.
