Stakeholder Relations Superintendent

SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining industry, has an opportunity available for a Stakeholder Relations Superintendent to be based in the Burgersfort, Limpopo area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree is essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Stakeholder Engagement, preferably in a mining environment is essential
• Minimum of 2 years in the Communication field is essential

KPAs:

• Designing the communications strategy and aligning the message content and channels to both the needs of the operation and audience and business strategy
• Serving as the liaison between the internal Communications Department and the Operations Executives
• Empowering the line management to become communicative leaders and taking ownership of communication in their areas through a coaching, mentoring and training model
• Managing the appointed communication service providers for the operation
• Ensuring minutes for various forums are taken, compiled, approved and distributed timeously to various stakeholders
