POSITION INFO:

A leading international company based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is searching for a dynamic individual to join their team as their Statutory & Management Accountant. If you are the ideal candidate for this Statutory & Management Accountant position, please apply!

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification is non-negotiable
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience with Financial Reporting and/or Management Accounting
• Previous working experience with SAP ERP systems
• Strong working knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Excel

Job description & Skills:

• Conducting data analyses of data required for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects
• Compiling reporting using US GAAP and IFRS standards
• Developing and implementing systems and controls in accordance with relevant policies and legislation Provide business advice and facilitate decision making in accordance with the strong customer focus and accelerated growth path of the company
• Liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with Companies Act of South Africa and IFRS standards
• Liaising with the respective domestic and foreign based reporting lines and engage with stakeholders
• Provide business advice and facilitate decision making in accordance with the strong customer focus and accelerated growth path of the company
