POSITION INFO:

Stock Control Supervisor – Montague Gardens, Cape Town - R12,000 to R13,000 CTC Per Month

A leading South African wholesaler supplying meat and wholesale frozen vegetable and fruit products is looking for a proactive Stock Control Supervisor to take charge of our packing areas and dry goods warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead and guide packing area staff and warehouse personnel to success.
• Inventory Management: Ensure seamless stock movements recording from receipt to shipping.
• Quality Control: Uphold top-notch standards in product handling and packing.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline warehouse layout and processes for peak productivity.
• Safety Compliance: Champion a safe working environment adhering to regulations.
• Reporting: Keep everyone informed with regular stock and performance reports.
• Communication: Foster smooth collaboration across departments for seamless operations.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, implementing solutions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in warehousing or stock control.
