Stock Control Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels across all product categories
• Implement and manage stock control systems to reduce discrepancies and losses
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, promoting accountability and teamwork
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback
• Develop staff schedules to meet operational requirements
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand and meet service expectations

• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and warehouse performance
• Analyse inventory trends and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align stock availability with demand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
