Stock Controller / Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stock Controller / Manager to oversee stock operations for a busy and well-established convenience store. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in retail stock control, and the ability to work independently while supporting a small team.

Description:

• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular stock rotation and expiry checks
• Minimize shrinkage and stock losses
• Prepare and submit stock reports
• Supervise stock-taking procedures
• Reconcile stock with creditor statements
• Support daily operational requirements to maintain smooth store functioning

• Previous experience in stock control or retail inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Solid Excel knowledge and experience
• Grade 12 / Matric (Mathematical Literacy is acceptable)
• Clear police record
