JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a well-established Dealership is seeking the services of a New or Used Car Stock Controller for the East Rand, Johannesburg Area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a well-established Dealership is seeking the services of a New or Used Car Stock Controller for the East Rand, Johannesburg Area.

Remuneration: Basic R17,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month + Medical Aid + Provident fund

We will only consider candidates who have current or recent experience in the motor industry.

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and with extreme accuracy. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Stock Controller. Dealer Management Software experience is essential.

Duties:

Processing of orders & supplier invoices
Manage Vehicle Stock
General administrative filing
Floor-plan Management & reconciliation
Management of Parts accounts from orders to Sales Ledger processing
Dealer transfers & invoicing
Sales invoicing
Stock take Management & reconciliation
Correct write back provisions on vehicles
Management & updating of Demo units
