Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily stock counts and provide accurate reporting for production planning and procurement.
• Reconcile daily issues and requisitions with the packed product output.
• Accurately capture packaging and consumables movements on SAGE.
• Perform daily reconciliations between physical stock and SAGE records.
• Carry out random cycle counts to detect discrepancies and prevent stock loss.
• Check and maintain sufficient stock levels on SAGE for inter-branch transfers and customer invoicing.
• Lead month-end counts, analyze variances, and report stock loss/gain.
• Handle issuing and receiving of IBTs, ensuring alignment between physical and system stock.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, outstanding GRVs, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Submit returns schedules to supervisors and finance when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2–3 years’ experience in stock controlling (especially packaging/consumables)
• Proficiency in SAGE Pastel
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
