JOB SUMMARY:

A ladies' fashion retailer is seeking to employ a passionate, driven and experienced Store Manager for their store based in Hartbeespoort.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Retain and grow the existing customer base by ensuring the delivery of the Customer Journey.
Ensure achievement of store / personal turnover targets by monitoring the selling techniques and turnover performance of all staff members and provide relevant constructive feedback on an on-going basis.
Ensure that store / personal new accounts submissions targets are achieved by monitoring the new account.
Ensure that the stock loss percentage is less than the store budget.
Ensure effective implementation of the seasonal VM Principles and guidelines contained in the Look book.
People management, ability to motivate and drive the team, discipline staff, train and develop as well as recruit and retain.
