Store Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large organisation in the RETAIL INDUSTRY to recruit a STORE MANAGER to be based in PONGOLA. R23k - R28k, including benefits.

OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DOING BUSINESS IN THE ZULULAND AREA FOR OVER THREE GENERATIONS AND HAS GROWN INTO AN ORGANISATION THAT NOW EMPLOY MORE THAN 1 000 PEOPLE.

Applicants should be/have the following:

Have matric

5 or more years’ experience as a store manager preferably in the retail industry.

Experience managing a large store with many employees.

Responsibilities:

Financial - profitable store

Customer service that makes home building simple for customers

Management and leadership of all staff

Effective management of stock

Housekeeping to group standards.

Fleet Management

Store Security.

Remuneration:

23k – 28k (depending on experience and qualifications), including benefits.
