Store Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
A cash and carry type of company is looking to appoint a Store Operations Manager based in Kuruman, Northern Cape to manage the respective floor operational area within a store daily, to ensure maximum performance of the floor’s operations. This includes scheduling, cost and risk containment and achieving the strategic Objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and relevant qualification.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer Literate.
• Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable transport.

• Stores Performance and Measurement.
• Stock Management and Buying Controls.
• Marketing.
• Daily Budgeting, Sales, Reports, and Targets.
• Loss Control.
• Customer Service.
• Safety and Hygiene.
• People Management.
• Financial Management.
• Systems and Procedures.
• Stock Takes.
