This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a professional who understands the unique needs of the farming community and possesses the retail acumen to drive growth. Requirements: Own transportation and driver''s license Experience Retail or agricultural management experience Knowledge of agricultural products Skills Strong knowledge of agricultural products and their applications Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to manage inventory and operational processes efficiently Customer service oriented with a focus on building relationships Qualifications National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) Computer Skills Intermediate MS Office proficiency Key Responsibilities Manage operations and inventory Oversee daily operations of the agricultural products store Manage inventory levels including ordering, stocking, and tracking Provide expert knowledge and advice on agricultural products to support farmers Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve performance targets Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and other operational metrics Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly Monitor and manage the store budget and expenses
