Johannesburg, Gauteng Role Overview An opportunity is available for a Storekeeper \/ Assistant to join a procurement and warehouse team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory management, and assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate daily stock levels Verify incoming stock against purchase orders Report discrepancies between received stock and purchase orders Process requisitions from internal teams on the system Assist with monthly stock takes and record variances Ensure accurate GRV (Goods Received Vouchers) processing Issue stock accurately based on internal orders Support the Warehouse Supervisor with general warehouse duties Perform ad-hoc tasks as required Minimum Requirements Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse\/storekeeping environment Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP \/ D365 (advantageous) Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills Good time management Attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
