Our client, a well established engineering and industrial component group, seeks to employ an organized, dependable and reliable Storeman to coordinate their fast paced stores in the Thabazimbi region
This role does require a candidate with experience in the engineering, manufacturing or construction sector.
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- You will have completed Matric, coupled with 2-3 plus years experience in stock control and stores coordination within the technical or construction sector, dealing with large volumes of project materials.
- You will have experience in ensuring a organized and well kept store, as well as proven experience ensuring stock is correct and providing input into quality of materials from suppliers
- You will have good software skills on Excel and preference will be given to those who have worked on an ERP systems (SAP, SYSPRO, etc)
- A forklift license is advantageous
- A valid driver’s license, a criminal and credit check will be conducted
