CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
The purpose of this post is to provide a support service in the George Campus Finance Department. Services include store management, asset control as well as to assist in financial administration of the George Campus.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
•Manage the Store on the George Campus in adherence with SCM policy and procedure
•Assist with the asset management of NMU George Campus
•Performs reprographic services for the George Campus, incl all bulk printing, print charges and paper distributions
•Responsible for refuelling of jerry cans and safe delivery and storage on campus
•Collection and delivery of goods across campuses as well as from suppliers in town
•Assist with general finance department responsibilities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the appointment to this position, candidates must possess:
• Grade 12 (matric) and preferably financial accounting 1, with at least a minimum of 3 years of experience in a store environment or financial administration OR
• Minimum of ND in finance qualification with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a financial environment AND
• Drivers license
