Theâ€¯Strategic Account Executive is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
Manage our Strategic accounts portfolio.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Attend Regional Public Sector Events.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Achieve assigned strategic account objectives.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Develop Strategic Account Plans.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Establish strong, long-term client relationships at C-Level.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Communicate with major clients regularly and respond to specific queries.
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Connect customer business and technology needs to solutions.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Coordinate solution advisory with business units to provide solutions.Â
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal sales teams.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Monitor sales performance metrics.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Quarterly business reviews with customers.

Qualifications Required:

Relevant degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Location: KZN.
Level: High intermediate/ Senior (5+ years experience).
Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager at the Public Sector Level.Â Â
