Strategic Account Manager (AME regions)

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join a market-leading organization operating across multiple international markets. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on developing long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value-added solutions to key customers.

POSITION INFO:
Working closely with senior decision-makers, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across a diverse portfolio. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts while generating new business within assigned markets. Create and execute strategic account plans to support long-term business growth. Engage with executive-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend tailored commercial solutions. Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements. Conduct client presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve commercial or service-related issues. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and opportunity information within the CRM system. Represent the organization at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. Travel internationally within the assigned region on a quarterly basis as business requirements dictate. Job Experience & Skills Required Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven success in strategic account management, key account management, business development, or consultative B2B sales. Experience working with commercial finance solutions, capital equipment, industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, or related industries will be advantageous. Experience managing complex customer relationships and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver commercially successful outcomes. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term executive-level relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally on a quarterly basis. Apply now!
