Run Maintenance Department

Oversee daily workflow of the maintenance department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of business administration, budgets pilot programs implement adjustments and modifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Own reliable transport
