SUMMARY:
Strategic Manager with oversight of the Revenue / Billing and Collections Strategy

POSITION INFO:

Senior Strategic Revenue Assurance Manager:

The following teams will report into the role:
Hardware billing
- Annuity billing (entire continental footprint - Africa) 
- Africa Consumer Hardware billing
- Africa Consumer annuity billing
- Africa Fleet credit control and collection
- Africa Consumer credit control and collection

Direct Reports: 6 Managers 

The role is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for the key driver of our business - Revenue. This number is the most important metric, with subscriber growth, for our investor base.

The role requires an individual who is able to:
- understand a complex and diverse business with multiple solutions to ensure that all revenue elements are billed
- analyse and manipulate complex data sets to identify revenue leakage
- lead an operational finance team to ensure complete and accurate billing
- collaborate with cross functional teams and engage at Executive level with team who impact billing
- understand consumer and corporate credit behaviour
- can analyse and develop appropriate credit vetting criteria for consumer and corporate clients
- can dynamically set and implement collection strategies to optimise collection
- is able to interact at Executive level with Key Account clients to deliver the customer service they expect
- can maximise return on CAPEX through the effective rehabilitation of clients previously in arrears
- can maximise lifetime customer value through effective customer retention management

Salary: R----- - R1.1 mill p.a. CTC
